Ecllent session. Started off with the 5.7 and 83 litre wave board which was perfect for an hour. The wind gradually picked up to the stage where I could not hold on any more. Came back in and rigged 5.0 and an old knackered 74 litre JP pro wave. Fist time on such a small boad and really loved it in the chop and high wind. It did feel a bit stiff but I think that was due to the fin I was using and the position in the fin box. Had a ball and really enjoyed it. After a while the wind started to get a bit gusty and I ended up going over the handle bars and damaged the nose of the board. Thank goodness the board was old and knackered. Came back in to change to the 5.7 and 83litre board. Had a few more runs and decided it was time to head home for some brownie points.
